MyKuali - Penang White Curry Instant Noodle

We won two packs of these on some Instagram giveaway. (One pack of 4 cost slightly under $5 in the supermarket) It's supposed to be pretty spicy so we're probably going to compare it with the Samyang Fiery Chicken Noodles from our previous post.

The packet came with 3 small sachets of sambal chili paste (with blended curry spices), seasoning powder and non diary creamer.

Sher's rare attempt at cooking something! Dry white curry noodles (with airfried fries carrot and broccoli). Funny thing is she didn't know it was supposed to be soup based and she claimed it was super spicy until she had half a bowl leftover 'cos her tongue was burnt :') Imagine eating chili powder directly from the packet...


This is Sher's dad's version, looking elevated with prawns and all (Looks like laksa hor). Soup version this time. Sher said the soup was quite flavorful but the chili was too salty.


Tried my own version for supper yesterday. Didn't really like the artificial coconut milk taste. As for spiciness, I'd give it a 1/10 for at least trying to look spicy.
